Sales Trainees/ Trainee Engineers

• For enhancing market penetration and long-term work association, we are looking for hard working, zealous candidates who are confident of having a promising long term career and Sales and Marketing, in with following key skills/ proficiencies/ requirements:
  

Job Description :

•  To be focusing for Sales/marketing to industries, like Steel, Cement, Power, Sugar industry
  
• Market Mapping and Sales of industrial products, esp. any of products of Group focus including Refractories, Thermal insulation, Ceramic Fibre/ Calcium Silicate/ Rockwool insulations), Ferro Alloys and Specialty Products like Iron/Metal Powders, Welding Electrodes, Abrasives etc
  
• Avid in learning and being part of sales activities and enthusiastic about regular travelling for markets identification, market development, meeting with end clients/user for helping with best of solutions
  
• To have confidence in self, for long term association and working with company and zealous towards mutual growth
  
• Good Communications Skills, esp. English and Hindi and pleasing personality
  
• Graduation preferably from Science (BSc) / Engineering (BTech – Ceramics/Chemicals being preference) Background/ Diploma in Mechanical/Chemical/Civial/Electrical
  
• Having own transportation for local commuting
  
• Joining  on immediate basis for reporting in North India HO in Delhi
