The Opportunity

Katzion, a CRM consulting and product development start up, is currently engaged in delivering challenging initiatives with major automotive and healthcare industry clients in Australia. We are looking for a Salesforce consultant to join our team in the Indian office.

Experience And Qualifications

Must Have :

At least one certification in Salesforce.
Good knowledge in Visualforce, lightning development.
Good knowledge in T-SQL scripting.
Good knowledge in Web technologies like Javascript, HTML, CSS3, bootstrap, jQuery.
Experience in any of the following technologies will be added advantage Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Talend, Mulesoft, Microsoft Dynamics,SSIS, SSRS, .Net C#, ASP,PHP.

The Role

You will be responsible for the hands on design and development of custom solutions on the force.com platform including significant work in Apex, VisualForce and application integration patterns. You will serve as the technical expert on Salesforce.com - Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and the Force.com platform.

Responsibilities

Manage users.
Manage profiles and permission sets.
Manage workflow rules.
Manage Email-to-Case setup, auto response, email templates, case triggers etc.
Manage Web-to-Case setup.
Manage reports and dashboards.
Manage live agent, omni-channel.
Manage custom objects and page layouts.
Debugging issues.
Developing lightning components.
Developing Visual force pages, forms.
Mulesoft integration.
Talend integration.
Integrating with 3rd party tools like Qualtrics, Datatools.
Import/export data to FTP servers.
Marketing using Salesforce marketing cloud.
Write T-SQL scripts.
Data cleansing.
Importing/exporting data in defined formats.
