Senior / Research Scientists

Discipline Electronics [ RF & Controls ]

Essential Qualification : BE / B. Tech in Electronics OR Electronics & Communication M. E / M. Tech in Electronics / Electronics & Communication RF / Microwave with Minimum 55% Marks Experience Senior Research Scientists : Minimum 3 Years of Experience


Research Scientists: One year experience is desirable, however the students who will be appearing for final exams in May / June 2016 can also apply, however they will have to produce passing certificate at the time of joining if selected. Experience in the Area of Design and development RF / Microwave / Control / Digital analog Electronics subsystems / systems Knowledge of Algorithm development and testing using Matlab, VHDL programming will be desirable

Discipline Mechanical

Qualification B. Tech / B.E. with Minimum 55% Marks in Mechanical Engineering. / Production engineering. Experience : Sr. Research Scientists : Minimum 3 Years of Experience Experience In the Area of (Desirable) Design and fabrication of High Precision RF and Microwave systems

Discipline Software Development

Essential Qualification:B. Tech / B.E. ME / M. Tech with Minimum 55% Marks in Computer Science & Engineering / IT

Experience Research Scientists: One year experience is desirable, however the students who will be appearing for final exams in May / June 2016 can also apply, however they will have to produce passing certificate at the time of joining if selected.

Experience:  Experience as software application developer in R & D organization and working knowledge of C, C++, Matlab, Windows environment is desirable

Discipline PHYSICS

Essential Qualification:  Candidate should have passed M. Sc (Physics) / M. Sc. (Physics by Research) with minimum 55% marks or Ph.D. in Physics Experience .

Sr. Research Scientists : Minimum 3 Years of Experience.

Research Scientist : Fresh / 1 Year Experience. Persons who have appeared M.Sc. final exams can appear to interview, but will have to produce passing certificate at the time of joining if selected. Experience:  In the Area of Preference will be given to candidates with experience or background in accelerator science, vacuum technology, nuclear physics or having experience in simulations using codes like EGS, GEANT, FLUKA. Although this is not a necessary condition.

Discipline Radiological Physics


Essential Qualification:  M.Sc. (Physics) with Diploma in Radiological Physics or Medical Physics / Radiological Physics with minimum 55% marks Experience Fresh / 1 year in QA/ QC of medical Linac Systems RENUMERATION ((Likely to be revised upward)

Pay Scale : Research Scientist (No of Years of Experience:0/1/2) : Rs. 20500 to Rs. 24500 PM

Senior Research Scientist (No of years of Experience: 3+): Rs.27500 to Rs.35000 PM Research Scientist (Radiological Physics) Rs. 45,000 PM The candidates having relevant experience only would be considered for higher start pay. The candidates having ME/ M Tech qualification will be given additional increments

Age Limits : 30 Years for fresh candidates 40 Years for experienced and candidates
