ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide Level 1&2 Strategic Sourcing (Upstream) and Procurement/Invoicing (Downstream) Ariba Applications Training
- Ensure consistent delivery of services by adhering to deployment best practices
- Provide on-going ILT/VILT on features/functions and configuration of Ariba OnDemand solutions
- Teach Presentation Skills Training for all consultants
- Manage, coordinate, and facilitate classroom learning and workshops in coordination with on-boarding activities
- Conduct ongoing enablement needs analysis and prioritize offerings in concurrence with leadership direction
- Manage and deliver instructor-led training in conjunction with scheduled requests regionally and globally
- Travel will be required in conjunction with scheduled requests
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree Business, Education or related field.
- 2 - 5 years of successful experience in a consultant and/or training role with a leading technology organization.
- Strong Ariba Strategic Procurement and Operational Procurement solution experience required
- Experience in delivering and instructing training sessions in ILT and VILT scenarios
- Experience creating content and collateral for broad audiences
- Understanding of Learning and Development Practices
- Ability to interact with all levels of management to prioritize needs requests based on business requirements.
- Capable of collaborating across functions, geographies, and levels to build and deliver training solutions
- Solid project management and implementation skills required
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of SCC and direct spend a plus
