Job Description
- Verification of Import and STN consignment documents and give the priority to W/H team for unloading.
- GRN to be taken with proper Material /batch and Qty 100% accuracy.
- Before doing GRN should be cross verify to Unloading slip and GRN# ,date mention the same in unloading slip
- Order's Create and hand over to W/H team on time and Invoice create Without Error
- Pick list and Loading slip should be cross verify and generate the invoice
- Proper document create and submit to driver ( Invoice , Form -JJ, Forwarding, Permit)
- Pending orders, GRN ,Daily stock count, Sales Return
- Resolving customer complaint within 24 hrs
- Monthly stock audit
- Daily Stock count
- File Inward & Outward With proper supporting Document's
- Sending on time Monthly, weekly & Daily reports
- Ensure Safety aspect, Proper attitude & punctuality
