Job Title: Company Secretary (CS) Interns

The selected intern(s) will work on following during the internship: 

• Preparation of Board Meeting documents, checklists / proposal and mainten registers
• Preparation and filing of various forms with MCA, Trade Mark, PAN & TAN Applications & Debenture Agreements
• Must be able to co-ordinate with clients, Chartered Accountants and Other Professionals for various compliances
• Discussion/clarifications with clients & regulatory authorities
• Advisory support to clients on Company Law, Stock Exchange, FEMA etc.
• Responsible for effective completion
• Adherence to operational process
• Timely execution of task with utmost attention in d
• Information/document collection
• Inspection of information/document
• Document & form preparation
• Filing forms with the Regulatory authorities after verification by Senior Executive/Senior Analyst/Associate
• Physical filing of the documents wherever necessary

Profile Description:

• Skill(s) required: MS-Office.
• Degree(s): Chartered Accountant (CA, CS & Similar).
• Year of degree completion: 2017.
• Only applicants who are available full time for a minimum duration of 6 month(s) can apply.
• Applicants should be available to start the internship immediately (& no later than 29 Sep'16 ).
