Job Description
Key Responsibility Areas
Pre-Scan Activities
- Receiving documents sent by end user in
centralized location from different department
- Staple / Pin removal from the Documents
in the file.
- Tallying documents with the checklist
which comes along with hard copy documents from the end-user.
- Preparation list of missing, available
& extra documents based on physical availability of documents received from
the end user.
- from the documents
- Trimming of the documents, if required.
- Needs to make documents ready for scanning.
Scan Activities
- The documents
needs to scan in searchable PDF.
- Data
back will be given to the Relevant department/center on the Pen-drive or Hard-disk
provided by the client.
Post Scanning Activities
- Re-arranging the documents.
- Delivery of the document to the concern departments with
proper signature.
- Please note that the selected person needs to handle maximum two activities at a time in small size projects, but in high scale project one person needs to handle one responsibility at a time.
- The
above activity is a complete team work.
