Job Description

  • Installing and configuring SCCM environment
  • Provide Tier II & III Level support for windows 10
  • Responsible for troubleshooting SCCM 2012 server issues and SCCM 2012 operational issues, including server performance, and SMS site health
  • Planning and testing the Disaster Recovery and BCP procedures
  • In-Depth Knowledge of SCCM Client Installation, Software Distribution, Remote Control and other SCCM issues.
  • Application and Software Package creation and deployment using SCCM 2012 · Expertise in SCCM Administration, deployment, packaging, boundaries, and installer
  • Maintain the system windows and viability of underlying systems.
  • Needs to update the system versions and utilize the patches.
  • Involve in building the new system, keeping the security, and usability of devices at their level best.
  • Need to assist the third-party system patching and knowing other system knowledge is essential.
  • Testing and troubleshooting the encryption process
