Job Description
- Preparing daily SCFT site wise plan
- Co-ordination with SOLPAR for daily SCFT drives & team planning with solpar manager.
- SCFT co-ordinator to take daily roll-call with Solar teams and ensure trained teams availability at site.
- SCFT co-ordinators to read 16 point commandments to Solar team members & ensure that Solpars follow the same.
- Ensuring Solpar output (Team utilization - Tgt of 2SCFT per team/day). Timely escalation of issues related to SCFT output to SCFT Lead.
- Co-ordination for technical problems (VoLTE, Backhaul..) with LSMR team & IMS TAC through EPC lead.
- Planning of Re-drive for failed SCFT sites.
- Ensuringsite availability for SCFT through coordination with field level RJIL team.
