Job Description
- We are inviting women candidates to send their resumes for the position of a 'School Head' for our company owned pre-schools, in Arkere.
- A passion for children, a solid grounding in Early Childhood Education, an obsession for quality, strong administrative and communication skills rooted in clear work ethics are pre-requisite for the role.
- Strong leadership qualities to build and lead the team of teachers & staffs.
- Ensure quality implementation of the policies and procedures.
- Maintaining good relationship with the parents
- Ensure the admissions based on the mutually agreed targets
- Use of funds within the budgeted limit.
- Passion for children and an ability to deliver world class early childhood education.
- Individuals with exceptional passion for children and adequate corporate exposure will be thoroughly trained in academic principles.
- Qualified in Early Childhood Education / Human Development / Child Psychology.
