Scientist ‘B’(Statistics
/ Bio-statistics) Job position in National Institute of Epidemiology on contract basis.
Essential qualification : First Class Master’s degree in Statistics / Bio-Statistics from a recognized University. OR Second class M.Sc. + Ph.D. Degree in Statistics / Bio-Statistics from a recognized University.
Desirable qualifications: (i) Doctorate in Statistics / Bio-Statistics from a recognized University. (ii) Additional Post doctoral research/teaching experience in Statistics / Bio-Statistics in recognized institute(s) (iii) Knowledge of Computer Applications or Business Intelligence tools/ Data Management. (iv) Two years R & D in health research / Teaching experience in Statistics / BioStatistics after obtaining essential qualification. Category : candidates should apply with latest OBC certificate.
