Scientist E/02 Post
Subject/Discipline: Computer Science & Engg/Information & Technology
Qualifications & Experience:
Essential:
(i) At least First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in Computer Science & Engg or Information & Technology from a recognized university or equivalent.
(ii) Min 10 Years’ experience in research or design or development or production in the field of Computer Network Operation / Assembly Language Programming and Debugging / Advanced Persistent Threat Analysis /Application Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing.
(iii) Weightage for higher qualification to be equated as research experience for lateral recruitment as under:
Post Graduate Degree in Engineering - Two years
Doctorate Degree in Engineering - Four year
Desirable:
(i) Master’s degree in Engineering or Technology in the relevant field as mentioned in essential qualification.
(ii) Knowledge of German, French, Russian, Japanese or Chinese.

(iii) Weightage for higher qualification to be equated as research experience for lateral recruitment as under:
Post Graduate Degree in Engineering - Two years

Post Graduate Degree in Engineering - Two years

It is situated at Lucknow Road, Timarpur, Delhi. RAC has undertaken various recruitment programmes to induct scientists each year in variety of scientific and engineering disciplines relevant to DRDO Laboratories and assessed the suitability of DRDO scientists for promotion to next higher grade through duly constituted Assessment Boards/ Peer Committee.
