Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Learning basic SEO strategies and implementing them in content creation and developing it (keyword research, link acquisition, and on-site optimization)
2. Understanding Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools & Bing Webmaster Tools
3. Work with the team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
4. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes with SEO and major search engines
5. Practical knowledge in working off-page activities (social bookmarking, image submission, article submission, PPT submission, PDF submission, web 2.0, classified submission, directory submission, link exchange)
6. Familiar with on-page activities (title tag, meta description, meta keywords, content plagiarism, H1 tag, image alt tag, XML sitemap creation, robots.txt)
7. Have basic knowledge of social media marketing
8. Competitive analysis for other popular brands in our sector
