Filling up of the post of Secretary (post code CA-SEY-OI) in the scale of pay of Rs. 100000-260000 (Rs.43200-66000 pre —revised) by absorption through composite method in VOC Port Trust -- reg

1. Post: Secretary

2. Scale of Pay: Rs.100000 - 260000 (Rs. 43200 - 66000 pre- revised) Elevated to the scale of pay of Rs.120000- 280000 after 3 years regular service and will be re- designated as Chief GeneralManager (Admn). Refer clause -4 of RSP Regulations)

3. Essential:

(i) A degree from a recognized University.

(ii) Fifteen years experience in executive cadre in the field of General Administration, Personnel, Industrial Relations, etc. in anIndustrial/Commerciai/ Govt. Undertaking.

4. Desirable: Post Graduate degree/Diploma in Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/ Social Work/ Labour Welfare or allied subjects or degree in Law from a ecognized University/lnstitution
