Your Role and Responsibilities

Our Infrastructure Specialists are responsible for keeping up with these latest and greatest of these changes and using their expertise to deliver solutions that meet the needs of our customers and products.
Your Role and Responsibilities
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Coordinate the timely execution of the activities and the overall quality of the execution
- Ensure agreed quality indicators converge to zero default
- Put in place / track / report quality plans for each quality problems reported.
- Help communication between the Quality Teams and the IAM team.
- Review and validation of Working Instructions
- Ensure consistency in the execution and quality of agreed services and tasks
- Organize any required training sessions in case of:
- new comers: ensure turnover within the team is transparent regarding the performed activities
- new transferred activities: ensure the team is 100 % operational to perform the new activity
- Provide agreed quality indicators
- Be flexible enough in adapting the reporting to the continuous improvement required following audits results or lessons learned.
- Report the exact status of the activities, i.e. report what went well and the encountered problems
