Essential
Educational Qualifications & Experience: Ex-Servicemen - JCO (Subedar or
higher rank) OR equivalent rank in other paramilitary forces with minimum of 10
years experience in security aspects. OR Short Service Commissioned Officer or
Asstt. Commandant from CISF / CRPF / BSF / ITBP / etc., with 05 years
experience.
Desirable Qualification : A Bachelor Degree from a recognized University with
good verbal & written communication skill with knowledge of computers and
with atleast five years relevant experience in security at a supervisory level
in a large industrial undertaking, research Laboratory or in police or defence
services. Should possess good physique and personality and be conversant with
the modern methods of industrial/ laboratory security, safety including fire
prevention, handling of fire-arms and fire fighting operations suitable for a
chemical industry. Preference will be given to Ex-Serviceman. Knowledge of local
language is preferable.
