Job Description
- Go To Customer Places For Installations And Service Calls.
- Programming Of System, networking and router configuration (Port forwarding) for remote viewing of CCTV cameras.
- Handling Software’s Troubleshooting.
- Work as project engineer for big projects.
- Coordinate with customer and back office staff for smooth implementation of projects.
- Giving demo and training to customer.
- Signing off of handover documents after completion of the project.
- Maintaining stock of material and tools at the project site.
