Job Description
· Prepare and review review balance sheets, P&L statements, and cash flow reports.
· Proficient in TALLY for accounting record and reporting.
· Ensure compliance with GST and TDS regulations including return filing and tax management.
· Vendor Management: Build strong relationships, negotiate and ensure timely payments
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate financial insights effectively.
· Conduct financial audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
· Provide financial analysis and support to management
· Identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement
· Ensure compliance with financial laws and regulations
· Collaborate with other departments to drive financial performance
· Monitor and manage accounts receivable and payable
· Provide mentorship and guidance to junior accounting staff
