Job Description
As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing our accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing financial insights to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- GST Compliance:
- Manage and file GSTR 1, GSTR 2B, and GSTR 3B returns accurately and timely.
- Ensure compliance with GST regulations and rules.
- Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Accounting Operations:
- Manage and reconcile bank statements, sales, and purchase invoices.
- Create and manage credit notes, debit notes, and other accounting documents.
- Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Team Management:
- Supervise and guide junior accounting staff to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
