Job Description
- Maintenance of books of Accounts through Quick Books,Tally,journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded. (Good in General Ledger, AP,AR, Bank Reconciliation,P&L, Balance Sheet).
- Assist in the preparation of periodic quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements (TDS, Service Tax etc.) .
- Preparing BRS in an accurate manner.
- Ensure timely payment of invoices.
- To maintain Petty Cash Book on day to day basis.
- To verify and process the expense claims/bills/accounting vouchers as per the company policies and get those approved from Centre Head within the specified time lines.
- To process payments to vendors on timely basis.
- To deduct proper Tax at Source wherever applicable (as per Income Tax/VAT/any other tax law as may be applicable).
- To reconcile revenue with enrollment data on weekly & monthly basis.
