We are hiring AR Callers
Experience: 2 yrs to 6 yrs as AR Caller
Should have experience in Physician Billing & Hospital Billing
Should be strong on Denials
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performing outbound calls to insurance companies (in the US) to collect outstanding Accounts Receivables.
- Responding to customer requests by phone and/or in writing to ensure customer satisfaction and to assure that service standards are met Analyzing medical insurance claims for quality assurance
- Identify the outstanding claims with payers through the reports from clients Place calls with payers with regard to outstanding claims
- To prioritize the pending claims for calling from the ageing basket. Should be able to convince the claims company (payers) for payment of their outstanding claims.
- To check the appropriateness of the insurance information given by the patient if it is inadequate or unclear.
- To make a physical call by following the international norms and applicable rules for confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
- Escalate difficult collection situations to management in a timely manner. Review provider claims that have not been paid by insurance companies.
- Handling patients billing queries and updating their account information.
