Senior Associate- Credit Control Jobs in Bangalore - Drivn solutions
Job Description
●Good understanding of AR and credit control process framework.
●Should be able to handle the Process of credit applications as per set timelines and able assess the need for obtaining appropriate guarantees.
●Assist in internal and external audits
●Complete and update all required documents from credit customers as per the manual of authority (MOA)
●Effective follow up on collections and resolution of overdue receivables
●Investigate and evaluate credit applications to have the company avoiding the entrance into undesired credit agreements.
●Submit credit assessment and recommendations to Credit Committee on a timely basis.
●Ensure that successful knowledge transfer is facilitated and deliver training to junior resources if needed
●Design and/or prepare training/instructional materials, teaching aids and devices, ensure all training activities and materials meet with relevant organizational and statutory policies
●Follow-up with internal/ external customers for information/ query resolution and Recommend continuous improvements to the internal and external team.
●Sound knowledge of financial analysis and evaluation of customers
●Ensure that Documentation Compliance Checklists are updated on a continuous basis.
●Ensure that available customers’ commercial registers, securities and comfort letters are properly maintained.
●Ensure that the assigned targets are met in accordance with SLA and Internal standards.
●Accurate and timely reporting of accounts receivable
