Senior Associate, Technology Project Management – Pune, India

Better requires process discipline and simplification

We’ll be looking to you to manage and report on complete portfolio of technology projects across multiple lines of business, interacts with business unit leadership to ensure business objectives are met and initiatives are prioritized appropriately. You will partner with business and technology teams to report on portfolio and project health also participate and lead project checkpoints to ensure proper adherence to technology standards. You will be responsible to develop internal controls and governance of SDLC standards by partnering with Technology PMO. You will be leading capacity planning efforts across the technology organization and provide coaching to junior associates and associates.

For such a detail-driven role, you will have a bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or equivalent field along with PMP and Scrum certification and 4-5 years IT PMO / project management experience in the financial services or other highly regulated industry. You will have practical knowledge of SDLC; experience with Agile and/or Waterfall software development methodologies. You will have highly refined communication skills including ability to negotiate, build consensus, clearly articulate to technical and non-technical audiences, communicate difficult messages in a professional and productive manner, excellent presentation and facilitation competence and ability to represent IT as a leader in cross-functional discussions/initiatives. You will have excellent problem-solving skills, ability to analyze situations, identify existing or potential problems, recommend sound conclusions and implementation strategies.
