Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Brief description :

Ability to interact and maintain relationships with peer group across Group IT to ensure effective working relationships and project handshakes
Able to work with high level of ambiguity to derive clear Programme or project objectives and requirements
Ability to drive requirement workshops with stakeholders.
Ability to operate and influence in a complex and diverse, and changing stakeholder environment
Proven ability to manage analysis across large scale portfolio of initiatives
Ability to work under pressure and work within multiple work streams
Direct the requirements development for applying technology to satisfy business needs.
Expertise in eliciting requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.
Expertise in critically evaluating information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and decompose high-level information into details
Expertise in working with functional leads to transform and develop new requirements into design and implementation.
Experience in interfacing with vendor partners and design optimal solutions for integration with applications.
Expertise in developing, maintaining and performing processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity in platform applications
Expertise in document changes to the design and implementation of applications.
Experience in creating and maintaining workflows, approval processes, and validation rules based on internal stakeholder requirements
Expertise in managing ongoing support requests and administrative needs.
Experience in creating training materials and documentation for end users.
Highly structure and organized in terms of analysis material and approach
Translate business requirements into functional and technical requirement documentation

Preferred Skills Required:

Expertise in assisting in quality assurance and defining testing strategy and risks.
Expertise in providing significant contributions in the testing and debugging of new software or enhancements to existing software.
Experience in ensuring issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.
Experience in working with business unit personnel to identify required changes and communicate information to development team.
Experience in assisting in the enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.
Experience in developing functional specifications and system design specifications.
High curiosity to learn and understand the industry and product.
Expertise in Retails Banking domain is a plus
