Job Description:

•  Should have very good database and network which motivates to work individually from day one
  
• Should have good sales conversion skills with high conversion rate. 
  
• Should have ability to make direct sales calls to companies and colleges. 
• Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
  
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements with business operations.
  
• Updates job knowledge by maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  
• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments which results in Organisation growth and can individually grow to an extent of BD Manager / Centre Head for Sales & Marketing.
  

• Any Graduate with a minimum of 4 yrs of experience in Business Development especially in IT Networking Training sales / Enterprise Microsoft Products / Product Sales in Colleges.
  
• Excellent command over English (Written & Spoken)
  
• Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Selling to Customer Needs, Market Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Energy Level, Meeting Sales Goals, Professionalism
  
• Team player with good interpersonal skills and ready to learn and work independently with a motive of updating the required skills.
  
• Good hands-on experience in MS Office.
