JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • We have an immediate opening in Orine Marketing Services for Business Development Executive / Senior Business Development Executive.
The Primary Job Responsibilities are as follows:
  • Identifying new sales leads.
  • Pitching products and/or services.
  • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.
  • Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets.
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
  • Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products.
  • Developing quotes and proposals.
  • Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person.
  • Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met.
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
  • Generate new prospects for business by attending assigned appointments.
  • Meet clients and give the presentation on company product and services to clients.
  • Establish a good relationship with prospective clients, closures of sales for revenue generation.
  • Generate contact details of potential clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement sales/marketing tactics and programs in order to meet or exceed assigned territory objectives and drive increased retention and penetration.
  • EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND KEY SKILLS:
Senior BDE :
  • Minimum 1-year direct selling experience or international calling.
  • 3-year college degree or 2 to 3 years of Job experience as BDE.
  • Demonstrated experience selling to Financial Services firms preferred.
  • Successful consultative selling experience.
  • Record of accomplishment of achieving sales and profit goals.
  • Strong analytical skills (ability to identify trends, opportunities, and provide business insight).
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Email Handling, computer basics and information solutions.
  • Able to provide quality leadership to a large team of sales people.
