Senior Consultant

Qualification  :  a) Post Graduation in Science/Statistics/Mathematics/Social Studies/ Commerce/ Education with qualifications as per UGC Guidelines for Assistant Professor at entry level. b) Five years experience in the relevant field.

Desirable : (a) Five years Experience in field of Education Assessment/Survey Activities. (b) Working knowledge of Excel, SPSS and other software used in Data Analysis. (c) Experience of Analysis of data by using Item Response Theory (IRT). (d) Interpretation of IRT output.

Salary : Rs. 60,000/- p.m. (Consolidated)

Data Manager

Qualification : (a) Post Graduation in Science/ Statistics/Mathematics/ Commerce/ Economics/ Education/ Computer Science/MCA or equivalent with minimum 55% marks OR Graduate with 55% marks or equivalent and PG Diploma in Computer Application with 55 % marks. (b) Eight Years experience in management of large scale survey data management and data analysis.

Desirable : Working knowledge of data analysis software like-SPS.S. Bilog, ConQuest etc and IRT

Web Developer

Qualification :  (a) MCA/B.Tech (Computer Science)/B.E. (Computer Science) (b) PhP, Dot Net, Cit.Net, ASP.NET, MSSQL, MSSQL, Java Servlets. Java Server Pages (JSP), Enterprise JavaBeans (E.J.B). JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, JQuery (c) At least 3 years experience in web development and web site management using the any of the technologies in the above mentioned technical skills

Desirable :  Knowledge in cloud computing, server management on cloud.

System Analyst

Qualification  :  a) Post Graduation in Statistics/Maths/Commerce/ Economics/ Education/Computer Science/MCA/ with minimum 55% or equivalent.  OR Graduate with 55% marks or equivalent and PG Diploma in computer applications in case of professional fields with 55% marks. (b) Three years experience as system analyst in analysis of survey data & data management / data analysis.

Survey Associate

Qualification : a) PG in Science / Statistics / Maths/ Education with at least 55% marks or equivalent (b) Master Degree Commerce/Economics. (c) Two years experience in tools development, monitoring survey activities and data collection.

Desirable :  (a) Working knowledge of data analysis software. (b) Ph.D. / NET In relevant discipline

D.T.P. Operator

Qualification :  (a) Graduate in any discipline (b) Proficiency in Database software’s. CoralDraw, PageMaker, Photoshop, InDesign, Equation Editor and MS-Office. Proficiency in working in English and Hindi both. (c) Two years working experience as a DTP operator In a reputed organization

Desirable :  (a) English (40 wpm) and Hindi typing (30 wpm). (b) Image editing, making maps & graphs/charts.
