Senior Consultant / Training Associate/ Project Associate job Position in National Institute of Rural Development & Panchayati Raj
i) Senior Consultant/ 1 No.
Essential Educational Qualifications: 1. Post Graduate in Social Sciences/ MBA with specialization in HR
Desirable Educational Qualifications: 1. Recognized/Certified Trainer in any discipline by Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), Govt. of India 2. Ph.D degree
Essential Work Experience: 1. Professor/ Associate Professor/ Director/ Deputy Director (Retd.) with minimum 10 years of regular service in training institute/s of Government of India/ State Government
2. Minimum 02 years of experience in training administration/ management/ coordination in training institute/s of Government of India/ State Government
Desirable Work Experience: Experience of organizing TOT/ Trainer Development Programmes, Module Development, Training Design Development, Training Evaluation, Training Needs Assessment
Maximum Age: 62 years Remuneration: 60,000/- p.m.
Pay Scale: Rs.60,000/- p.m.
Desirable Skills: 1. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel 2. Good typing speed 3. Good drafting skills .
Essential Work Experience: Five (05) years experience of working in a State/Central Government training Institute .
Desirable: Experience in training administration/management, data base maintenance, data analytics
Maximum Age: 35 years
Pay Scale: Rs.30,000/- p.m.
iii) Project Associate /1 No.
Desirable: 1. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
2. Good Typing speed
3. Good Drafting skills
Essential Work Experience: Three (03) years of experience of working in a State/Central government training institute.
Desirable: Experience in project administration/ management, data-base maintenance
Maximum Age: 35 years
Pay Scale: Rs.20,000
