Job Description
1. Conduction of student & Parents Counselling, Recounselling with Admission follow up.
2. Conduction of Student group Counselling
3. Ensuring high-quality management with respect to services offered to the students.
4. Team Support wrt. Training, setting protocols, frameworks for the smooth functioning of all operations
5. Developing Culture and Values of the Institution within team members.
6. Ensuring Business Productivity by keeping track of performance off a team to HQ
7. Developing strategies & promotional Campaign to increase the business standards and satisfaction level of the consumers at the campus.
8. Sharing market feedback and new developments on a timely basis
9. Maintaining reporting standards to track the development of all activities at the branch Performance
10. Ensuring real-time coordination with Internal Team, students & parents to resolve conflicts, errors on a timely basis.
11. Ensuring swift coordination with all team members of the Campus.
12. Ensuring goals accomplished by all team members at the branch campus on or before deadlines.
13. Visiting FINPLAN Centers across Mumbai for assisting team for conduction of various business activities.
14. Ensuring to Meet Weekly / Monthly enrollment Goals.
