Senior/Customer Support Engineer
EXPERIENCE: 2-5 years
Job Description:
- 2-5 yrs. of IT System Administration experience
- Understanding of proxy and reverse proxy
- Good understanding of AWS EC2
- Tomcat configuration/administration experience
- Configuration experience with at-least a couple of load balancers
- Should know how to set up various web-servers with https certificates and how to tune SSL parameters
- Should know at a high-level about REST and SPA (Angular or React or Vue) applications work
- Basic understanding of SQL and experience with setting up relational databases like Oracle, Postgress
- Prior experience in customer support role is desired but not a must
- Working experience with Web and desktop applications (java)
- Good understanding of Unix/Linux is a plus
- Understanding of logs for troubleshooting purpose.
- Good English language skills & quick learning ability.
- Good team player
- Willing to work in shifts
