Job Description
- Responsible of implementation of ERP projects including activities like: software installation, training and support, until final delivery and project signoff to customer.
- Gather, analyze, document and approve customer customization requirements.
- Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders and peers, and the ability to collaborate as a team.
- Create system specifications according to customer requirements and approving them from the customer.
- Handover of the customer requirements to system designers and architects to develop the requirements.
- Presentation of software functionality and demonstrations to customers.
- Performing periodical system audit and executing software maintenance procedures for customers on-site.
- Managing specific customer accounts in terms of support and system related consultation
