Job Description

Senior Data Management Analyst

Required Qualifications, International:

Experience in Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, Project Management, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

8 experience in creating complex JIRA workflows, project workflows, field configurations, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes

Configure and maintain production, development, and test JIRA and Confluence environments

Strong knowledge of development work, creating Jira projects, workflows, and other scheme configurations

Support request handling as L2 and L3 support

Proficient in scripting with Groovy language

Configure, manage, and enhance Atlassian tools, including native functionality as well as researching, upgrading, testing, and implementing apps

Should have knowledge of Jira and Confluence popular apps

Troubleshoot access and/or performance issues, engaging Atlassian and/or app vendor support when necessary

Create and maintain scripts in such apps as Adaptavist Script Runner and JMWE workflow extensions

Understand system architecture and identify impacts when implementing new solutions or modifying the existing solutions

Must have knowledge of Confluence macros and be able to create and maintain technical documentation.

Should have knowledge of Agile Methodologies, Scrum experience

Good knowledge of databases and SQL competence and ability to write and understand complex SQL queries.

Interact with Project Managers, Process Managers, Developers, Infrastructure Engineers, Practice Teams, Stakeholders, and other Administrators

Should have strong overall technical skills, excellent customer service skills, communication skills, and prioritization management skills.
