Job Title: Senior Designer.
Work Location: Maraimalai Nagar, Chennai.
Qualification : Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or BE, Preferred Tool and Die making.
Experience : 5 to 7 Years of experience in Design of High-Pressure Die Casting / Gravity Die Casting /
Low-Pressure Diecasting Dies.
Communication Language: English and Hindi.
Skills Required: To be well versed in Auto Cad, Uni Graphics and ProE / Creo.
To be able to individually handle -
1. Casting Design in 3D,
2. Casting IR preparation,
3. Layout design for die runner and gate.
4. Understand and review the Flow simulation results and suggest improvements.
5. Create Die Design based on Customer inputs.
6. Carry out Design review with customer and get approvals.
7. Release the Final design data for manufacturing.
8. Preparation of BOM.
9. Updating ECN and Customer feedback points in Design.
