Salary: Rs. 17,000- RS. 25,000 (Fixed) + Incentives + Based on previous experience
Job Location: On-Site ( Sector V, Kolkata)
Responsibilities and duties:
1. Communicate with target audiences and manage customer relationship.
2. Effective follow-up with prospective students.
3. Mentor students through resolving queries and other issues.
4. Responsible for maintaining and updating registers and student database .
5. Support the operations manager and other colleagues.
6. Provide Counselling Services to students/parents in person, over the phone or via email. 7. Creating and maintaining schedules and calendar of events and other important activities for Faculty and other staff.
Employment Type : Full Time / Permanent
Working hours : 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Working Days : Monday to Saturday
