JOB DESCRIPTION :
About this role :

A wide range of experience Asterisk, SIP, and VoIP.
Experience in developing real-time, concurrent, and robust voice systems.
Gaining good exposure to Linux, System programming, Network programming.
Leading the support team on the customer issues escalations.
Implement, Troubleshoot, Test Call flows, Call handlers, gateway analog and voice troubleshooting.

Requirements :

Experience across all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle.
Experience in building software and systems for telecommunication and network domain.
Experience in Product Design and Development.
8+ years of experience with end to end IP telephony implementation and customization for the enterprise Networks.
Excellent Hands on experience with Asterisk Implementation and customization.
Excellent working knowledge of VoIP protocols SIP, H323, MGCP, Skinny, WebRTC.
Extensive Implementation experience with various SIP Trunks and Interop.
Good experience with Multi-Cluster Dynamic/ Static Call Route Plan.
Implementation in different deployment scenarios.
Good Experience with scripting, TCL, SIPP scripting, Linux.
Good experience with Cloud computing.
Has knowledge of Quality Standards, Benchmarks, Performance, and Scalability Testing.
Detail oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Excellent work ethics, self-motivated quick learner, team player and good at multitasking.
Capable of effectively communicating at various levels with individuals and groups.
Enthusiastic, and enjoys being challenged.
Quick learner, good listener, and has a sense of responsibility.
