Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation
- Understanding of established software development life cycles
Minimum Qualifications:
- Industry experience in product based companies.
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Expert at full stack development like Java, Hibernate, etc.
- Strong CS fundamentals are a must. (Data structures, Algorithms, OS, Databases).
- Strong Object Oriented programming skills.
- Strong experience in Java and J2EE technologies.
- Experience in developing high-performance distributed systems is a big plus.
- Technologically savvy with excellent communication abilities.
- Experience with all aspects of software development lifecycle.
Preferred qualifications:
- Good skills in System and Database Design are a big plus.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies is a plus.
