- GR Travel - handcrafted journeys is looking for bright, hard-working, smart and sincere individuals to work in there new Branch office in posh area of Kalkaji in New Delhi.
- The Senior Executive - Direct Sales position is all about having that passion in dealing with people directly.
- We need dynamic individuals who can Communicate with travelers to understand there travel needs and providing them with excellent travel services.
- Responsible for finding new business through different sources be it direct leads through website, referrals or 3rd party vendors.
- Day to day roles involve prospecting, developing, managing new customers.
- Continuous follow up with leads to ensure maximum conversion ratio.
- Maitainin excellent customer relationship during presales and post-sales to ensure excellent service in order to expect maximum referrals from customers.
- Maintain client database on regular basis.
- Exploring and understanding exisitng and new competition arising in the market and ways to tackle them effectively to ensure we are ahead of them all the time.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Sales and business development experience will be an added advantage.
- Excellent customer relationship management skillls.
- Creating a rapport and familiarity with the customer.
- Degree/Diploma in Travel/Tourism may have an added advantage.
