Senior Executive (HR Operations)
Bengaluru, Karnataka
1. Should be able to run the payroll for few agencies / location / direct payroll
2. Ensure compliance related to payroll is met by the agencies
3. Conduct timely audit on the payroll vendors to ensure compliance is met
4. Ensure onboarding documentation is smooth & all documentation process is complete
5. Follow up with the agencies to ensure that all employee documents are collected on time and stored appropriately
6. Ensure labour law related compliance is adhered to
7. Should be able to handle employee queries & ensure all compliances are adhered to
8.Support the HR Operations, HRBP & Corporate team in all activities as required
9. Exit Management
10. Should be able to prepare and present data wrt HC, Exits or on adhoc basis
