Senior Executive

Location : New Delhi, IN

Main Accountabilities :

Questionnaire & Material receipt from CS/PD – Check all the material and budget received for correctness and discuss the high & important points
Work closely with the manager, facilitate, and delegate the work to the vendors
Arranging & attending quality briefings for the field teams by the Client Service team
Summarize, evaluate and update on a regular basis the project status and quota in accordance with the established planning schedules
Ensuring quality & Productivity at all levels as per the project guidelines
Monitor productivity estimated vs actual and take appropriate actions Monitoring progress and proactively highlight any productivity issues by field to CS
Get final QC signoff from Vendor and IQC
Confirming fieldwork closure - mail to CS mentioning fieldwork is over and collection of field material – concepts, products etc. from all centers

Primary Qualities Required :

At least 2+ years of experience in project management/fieldwork
Any graduate
Proven abilities in project management
Developing management skills in supporting a cohesive team environment
Ability to build strong client service relationships
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrate analytical, deductive and negotiating skills
Attention to detail and accuracy (oversees the production and delivery of quality outputs at all times)
Able to coordinate a number of projects at a time/multitask
Efficient with MS Excel
Fluency (verbal and written) in English and Local Language essential
Cultural awareness
