Talent Acquisition
- To hire the candidate for the category of Admin, Medical and Leadership.
- To fill-up the vacancies through various modes of recruitment.
- To fill-up the Manpower Requisition Form from the Respective Department Heads wherever necessary.
- To shortlist the resumes or get it shortlisted through the respective heads of the department.
- To call the candidate for the interview.
- To conduct interviews for all the Hierarchies.
- To carry out selection activity as defined in Recruitment Policy (Designing of selection Parameters (pre employment selection test) for various professionals (Across Functions).
- To maintain the resume database of all the profiles.
- To enter into and renew the contracts of the placement consultant.
- To do the smooth Lateral Movements as per the policy.
- To prepare the Monthly MIS on Expenditure Incurred on the various recruitments.
- To do the Referral activities as:
- To display the referral notices on the life wall.
- To disburse the referral benefits on time as per the referral policy.
- To enhance the referral scheme.
- To make the Performance Appraisal live for all associates.
- To design/modify and upload the Goal Sheets of all the associates before the closure of the existing Appraisal Cycle.
- To ensure both the Appraisal and competency forms are filled-up by the all departments.
- Collate the appraisal data, assign grades as recommended by the respective H.O.D.s.
- Compute the appraised data, study the trends as per assigned appraisal budgets and give inputs to the senior management accordingly.
- To seek approval on the Final Appraisal and submit it to the department of finance.
- To chalk out an Individual Development Plan for the identified associates and document the same.
- To conduct Performance Review Discussion after 6 months of initiation of the appraisal cycle.
- Facilitating & coordinating uploading of KRA of new joining, lateral movement & redesignation.
- Design KRA for new roles.
- KRA of all professionals.
- KRA of Managing Director.
- To ensure smooth Mid Year Review Process.
- To carry out the assessment protocol of the associates who have to be appraised as per the defined career Paths.
- To coordinate and ensure Consultant Score Card Data to be updated before renewal of contract/ re-designation and promotion.
- To prepare, distribute and document the Contract Renewals of all Medical Professionals
- To ensure on time preparation Annual C.S.R. Calendar and its smooth monthly execution as per the plan.
- To ensure timely raining of funds and optimal allocation of funds to the various C.S.R. Initiatives respectively.
- To enhance visibility of various C.S.R. Initiatives in print media.
- To identify N.G.O. and maintain regular interactions on various C.S.R. initiatives.
- To facilitate for the Internship Programs of the hospital.
- To follow the process improvement programs & carry on Quality Initiatives in the department.
- To perform all the jobs as may be assigned due to exigencies of work.
- Participation in Continuous Quality Improvement.
- To review and update the Job Description annually.
- Psychometric Assessment.
- To coordinate Express yourself project.
- To give Acknowledgment Receipts to associates who submit their concerns.
- To prepare the excel of the all concerns.
