Reports to : Lead - Marketing PURPOSE OF THE POSITION A key member of the Marketing & Customer care team.

The role has responsibility to supervise the supervision of Marketing activities carried out by DMA, Customer handling, Data entries, CNG Retrofitter & OEM dealer coordination and job as assigned by Lead – Accounts from time to time. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES 1. Marketing & Customer Management -  Marketing supervision carried out by DMA  Coordination with CNG Retrofitters & OEM dealers  Attending Telephones of customers and Customer Care of PNG customers  New PNG connection Registration and data entry in CRM software  Coordination for Customer complaint management with technical / Accounts team and to ensure timely attending of complaints  To assist Lead – Marketing on day to day office work DECISION MAKING AUTHORITY: (II) Information relating to person PROFILE SPECIFICATIONS. Education: G / PG (B. COM. / M.COM.)
