Job Description :-

• Candidate must have food industry experience, with extensive knowledge about Spices Raw material procurement & logistics.
• He/She should be qualified and experienced in handling Global Procurement, responsible for procurement operation of our Indian and UAE office.
• Handling the entire Purchase Portfolio (Both Domestic and Imports)
• Should be experienced in handling food import clearance procedures.
• Ensure Samples and Stock availability for the Sales team.
• Maintaining the existing vendors and developing new vendors for each product variants.
• Purchase of raw materials from the origin of raw materials to ensure competitiveness and ensure timely receipt of materials to meet the time commitments.
• Regular communication with the Sales team and ensure stock and sample availability.
• Ensure proper tracking of materials inward, generating LR from vendor.
• Generating JJ Forms, Way Bills, check post documents and preparing necessary documentation to ensure smooth transit of materials.
• Resolving check post issues.
• Ensure packing and labeling is as per norms. Generate Batch No’s, implement FIFO method.
• Implement a Hygiene Policy.
• Keeping close track of the pending purchases and samples.
• Stock Taking at regular intervals and resolving issues, if any.
• Reporting to the Director with Stock Reports / Pending PO’s / Pending Inwards on a daily basis.
• Taking responsibility and ensure smooth functioning of day to day officials activities.
• Implement a healthy and hygienic work culture / environment.
• Experience :- Minimum 2 Years
