Handling leaves queries of employees, mediclaim queries , attending meetings
Active coordination & organizing of welfare events for employees, with involvement of welfare committee
1)ESIC & PF monthly Challan
2)Handling queries of compliance & represent in Govt. Authority & coordinate with consultant
Coordinating Training of every month training scheduled
Introducing & implementing the PMS systems , half yearly & yearly
Checking adherence of policies & introducing new policies & review of policies
