Senior Implementation Engineer
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
Position Title: Sr. Implementation Engineer
Location: Mumbai
Employment Status: Regular Full-time
Experience: 3-5 years
Reports To: Head-Customer Success
Travel: Occasional
Salary: Commensurate with skills
Responsibilities:
- Acquire and maintain a comprehensive understanding of greytHR - in terms of usage, configuration, implementation and value proposition.
- Proactively build strong customer relationships
- Understand client requirements, configure the greytHR application to address these requirement, port client data, provide user training and support the client in implementing the application in their organization in a time bound and professional manner
- Solutionize either through configurations or workarounds to address client specific requirements
- Support clients on phone, email or remote support tools in using and deriving maximum value from the application
- Develop competence in the use of all the information systems used in the implementation of the application.
- Ensure all project related activities are completed so as to enable the organization to continuously track and improve the Implementation process
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement in the areas of implementation process, product and customer support.
- Ensure the safe management of customer data and confidentiality
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Commerce, BCA or an MCA
- At least 3+ years experience in implementing HR / Payroll software
- or: at least 3+ years experience in processing Payroll for clients in an outsourced or BPO environment
- or: high degree of familiarity with Indian HR & Payroll processes and compliances
- Domain knowledge in Indian HR / Payroll is mandatory.
- Thorough knowledge of Indian Payroll statutory compliances will be a very big advantage
- Understanding of the Software product implementation lifecycle will be an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Excellent skills on effective telephone and email communication
- Apart from English, familiarity in Marathi is must
- Highly Customer Focused with ability to listen and engage customers to achieve desired outcomes
- High degree of patience
- Good problem solving skills
- MS Excel skills
