Job Summary

• Senior Interior Designer At Worli 

• To meet with the client and understand and assess their requirements
• To prepare layouts and discuss the same with the client
• To prepare detailed PPT and mood board.

• Select all materials and take the client for approval.

• Prepare drawings or instruct and supervise the draughtsman in the making of the drawings.

• Prepare BOQ or assist the draughtsman in the same g. Visit the site periodically to assess the progress h. Send the client weekly site update.

• Liaise with the administrator and accountant for the preparation of the running accounts

• Also please note that some site experience is necessary for the candidate to perform his/her duties effectively.
• Preference of firms worked for consistently. (at least a few years without a break).

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Requirements 

• Communication skills 

• Perfect spoken and written English - This is not negotiable as English is the medium of communication internally as well as with all of our clients.

• Ability to present well - This candidate would be required to meet with clients and communicate with them, present and explain concepts and must have the necessary confidence for the position.

• Friendly yet professional - Candidate must have a friendly and affable disposition while being entirely professional.

• Education 

Bachelor degree in Architecture preferred 3-year diploma in interior design also acceptable.

• Software 

AutoCAD + MS office

• Experience 

• Residential and commercial interior design. Mainly residential with some commercial experience is preferred.

• Site experience - Candidate should have some experience on-site.

• Materials - Candidate should have a perfect understanding of the various materials used in interior construction.

• Experience in years - 5 years approximately.
• Immediate is preferred.
• Prefer between 25-35. Maturity is given more weight than age alone.
• Presentability and appearance 
• CTC - 780000.00 – 1020000.00 P.A
