Position For: Sr. Executive - Sales & Marketing
Experience: 7-10 yrs in experience in Real estate / Property development
Educational Qualification: - Any Degree
Work Location: - Tirupur (Tamil Nadu) / Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu)
Salary:- Rs40000- 60,000 /month
Job Purpose:
Act as a single point contact for the
top management of the company to
implement company sales plan by leading the sales team in day to day
activities .
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategies
- develop sales team
- Achieve sales target
Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales team apartments, villas, developed lands, villa plots, to
implement the business plan of the company to sell .
- Develop market penetration strategy in markets, consistent with company's
expansion strategy.
- Manage an established network of real estate brokers to execute market
specific penetration strategies and identify potential leads.
- Build data-based decision-making matrix
- Continuously track competition and evolve competitive sales strategy
- Promote and enhance the brand and brand image
_Organizing and hosting presentations and customer visits
_To finalize the requirements/ briefs to be given to the respective vendors/ agencies for work related to Sales Collaterals, Exhibitions, Media Buying Demos, Other Branding activities
_Focus on multiple channels for marketing including new media/ social media etc
_Identify & implement potential improvements in Marketing Management
_ Good to Have Experience in Sales software’s (Zoho, sales force, free sales)
