  • Discovering ideas for user experience enhancement.
  • Extensive experience into end to end recruitment in BFSI Industry.
  • Planning, strategizing and fulfilling all requirements of the Client organisation.
  • Establish and develop effective working relationships with clients.
  • Should build, manage and cultivate a robust pipeline.
  • Can gather and understand from the external market, best practices to further improve the recruitment process
  • Recruit the right talent as per the defined Business TAT.
  • To attract and hire the right talent within the defined parameters on time, cost and quality for all positions to ensure achievement of Business Objectives of Client
  • Sourcing on Junior, middle and senior level Positions.
  • Understanding and analyzing the client's manpower requirements in different skill set categories.
  • Conducting preliminary interviews as specified by client.
  • Telephonic Screening of the profiles checking for Technical Fitment, Behavioral Fitment, Stability etc.
  • Scheduling of Interviews of the candidates in close co-ordination with client HR.
  • Maintaining and developing candidate database and trackers
  • Proficient in the use of Job Boards, Social Media and other means of sourcing the right candidate and Good understanding of head hunting, lateral and volume hiring, mass mailing, screening.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
