- Good understandingof Process KPIs & SLA management, Audit & Compliance.
- Functionalknowledge of ITSM toolsets (ServiceNow & Remedy).
- SIAMCertified (preferred), ITIL Certified (mandatory).
- ExcellentCommunication & Analytical skills, Conflict handling and Negotiation skillswith multi tasking and ownership capabilities.
