Job title: Senior Manager – Fire Design Spearhead ‘Fire Alarm System (FAS) Engineering’ (submittals) business group to manage global project delivery for large and complex buildings across verticals such as commercial buildings, hospitals, universities, schools etc. using company’s tools and operating protocols. This is your role. What part will you play? Steer the global Fire Alarm System (FAS) engineering project delivery team Support strategic initiatives, build high performing team to cater global customers Drive customer centric initiatives to enhance customer experience Own the responsibility for team’s performance growth, competency management and prepare actionable plan to improve operational efficiency. Ensure high customer satisfaction index and build healthy customer relationship Understand global project requirement and allocate appropriate resources, ensure project execution processes including NFPA & regional/country standards are being followed rigorously Drive quality function and ensure timely deliveries FAS engineering submittal includes riser diagram, floor plan with device layout, panel layout, wiring diagram, SOO & point list, product selection (such as initiating devices as well as notification appliances), battery calculation, voltage drop calculation, compiled product catalogue/datasheets etc. Use your skills to move the world forward. Engineering Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Instrumentation · Work experience 15 to 20 years. Minimum 10 years in the domain of building technology (specifically Fire Alarm System designing/engineering, commissioning). At least 5 years of experience in running global engineering business with 30+ team size · Strong knowledge of FAS engineering fundamentals and engineering standard practices, NFPA codes and standards · Strong management and leadership qualities.
