Founded in 1991, NMS Enterprises Ltd. started its journey by providing exclusive supplies and marketing team for telecom provider companies and subsequently diversified its activities into the field of contracting services like Civil Construction, Pre-Engineered Buildings, Skill Development, Financial Consultancy and Engineering Services.
NMS an ISO 9001:2008 certified company has significant presence across India and its Directors have deep experience in the sector of Civil Construction, Banking, Finance and Engineering Services. NMS is registered as SSI Unit with National Small Industries Corporation. NMS understands the frequent modulations in the field of construction industry and hence take up the projects engaging different technologies like pre-engineered buildings, monolithic, EPS and LGSF along with RCC frame structure.
The Company is equipped with requisite expertise by participating in various innovative training and education programs. The Company routinely updates its employees and sub contractors about tools, knowledge and resources needed to increase safety, reduce risks and improve efficiency on each project. During this journey the Company decided to expand its arm by imparting Skill and Development techniques in the field of construction, telecom and other sectors to the under-priviledged youth after Skill India Campaign was launched by Government of India on 15th July 2015 to train over 40 Crore people in India in different skills by 2022. The company is empaneled with Rajasthan skill and Livelihoods Development Corporation for skilling the construction workers in the field like masonry, plumbing, bar bending, site supervision, electrical etc.
The Company is also affiliated with National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) as a training provider for Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojna (PMKVY), Telecom Skill Sector Council (TSSC) and Construction Skill Development Council of India (CSDCI) as well.
NMS has so far provided skill based training to 2500 youths in the field of construction, telecom, IT and ITeS. Placement and employment of these skilled candidates was the basic aim of Skill India Mission. As a result, the company started its own Payroll Management Services and outsourced these candidates to various companies in their respective fields. At present, the company has more than 1500 employees on its payroll which are outsourced to various companies.
